Frequently asked questions
A sending code is a 6- or 7-character identifier that lets you send a parcel through SmartPosti. You’ll receive it either from us or from a service like a secondhand marketplace when you're ready to send.
Please write the sending code on your parcel. Later, you will also need it at the parcel locker to send your parcel. The sending code acts as the unique identifier for your parcel. Every parcel needs its own code.
Here’s how it works: 1. Write the sending code clearly on your parcel. Nothing else is needed there. 2. At the parcel locker, scan the QR code with your phone. 3. Follow the link that appears and enter your sending code. 4. You’ll receive the details to open your locker. 5. Use the locker keypad to open the locker and put your parcel inside.
Yes! You can track your parcel on the SmartPosti website by entering the sending code.
1. Make sure you’re at the correct parcel locker. Check the locker name and address on the QR code label and compare it to what’s shown on your phone. 2. Double-check that you have the right locker number. 3. Check that you’re entering the locker code correctly: • Press C • Enter the numbers • Press OK
Please contact our customer service. They’ll help you sort it out. It helps if you have these details ready: • Your sending code • The name and address of the parcel locker • The locker number
