Express parcel dimensions
Minimum size: 15 x 15 cm, height 1 cm, min. weight 100 g
Maximum size: 60 × 60 × 100 cm, longest side + circumference total max. 300 cm, max. weight 25 kg
Maximum size with the Oversized additional service: longest side max. 240 cm, longest side + circumference total max. 350 cm, max. weight 35 kg

Sending
Create and order Express Parcel service in the SmartShip self-service portal. In addition, SmartPosti also enables order submission via automated data exchange (API integration).
Parcel labels can be printed immediately after creating the order. If desired, and with prior agreement with SmartPosti, it is also possible to use a custom label format.
Shipments can be handed over in the following ways:
By requesting a courier pickup through API integration when placing an order in an online store.
By ordering a courier pickup in the self-service portal at the time of creating an order.
By concluding an agreement for regular shipment collection.
By delivering parcels directly to SmartPosti sorting terminal.
Collections are carried out on business days during business hours. All shipments must be packed in accordance with the packaging regulations.
Delivery
Express Parcels shipments are delivered by a SmartPosti/Posti courier to the address specified by the sender or recipient.
In the Baltic countries (EE, LV, LT), if a phone number is provided, the recipient is notified via SMS. The courier will also call shortly before arrival to inform the recipient of the estimated delivery time.
The service includes one delivery attempt. If the recipient cannot be reached, a delivery notification will be sent via SMS or a notification slip will be placed in the mailbox (if available).
Storage time
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be stored at the terminal for up to 7 business days while awaiting the recipient to arrange a new delivery. Parcels that are not collected within this period will be returned to the sender as undelivered.
