Sending and returning without a parcel label
Labelless sending and returning is possible from any SmartPosti parcel locker.
This service is suitable for:
Returning an item to the sender, for example when a customer sends a parcel back to an online store or company. To use the service, online stores need to implement an additional development – an integration with the e-commerce system.
Sending items sold through a recommerce platform.
Sending a parcel to another person. Parcels can be sent to parcel lockers, parcel points, and directly to the recipient’s address across the Baltics and Finland.

The sending code consists of at least 6 symbols and includes numbers 1–9 and letters A–F.
