Parcel Delivery and Customer Service Working Hours During the Holiday Season

As the holiday season approaches, we encourage you to plan your parcel pickup and drop-off in advance, as delivery and customer service working hours will differ from the usual schedule. To ensure your parcel reaches its recipient before Christmas, it must arrive at our warehouse by December 19. Please keep this in mind when preparing and handing over your shipments. 

Holiday season work schedule: 

23 December 

  • Parcel pick-up from clients will be carried out as usual; 

  • Courier deliveries will operate as usual; 

  • Business customer service will be available from 08:00 to 17:00

24 – 26 December 

  • We will be closed.  

31 December - 1 January 

  • We will be closed. 

Please also note that some shopping centers may operate with shorter opening hours during the holidays. Thank you for your understanding and please plan your pick-ups in advance!
