Starting in November, when you order goods from an online store with SmartPosti delivery, you may also see selected uDrop parcel lockers in the parcel locker list. We have added them only in places where there is no SmartPosti parcel locker nearby, so that picking up your parcel is more convenient.
You can choose uDrop parcel lockers in Āne, Rēzekne, Spilve, Saulkrasti, Kaunata, Liepāja, Grundzāle, Jāņupe and Tukums. Each online store decides for itself whether to offer this option, so it will not be available in all online stores.
For now, uDrop parcel lockers can be used for parcel pickup only. It is not possible to send parcels from them.

Please note that uDrop parcel lockers are located outdoors. If you order goods that are sensitive to cold or moisture, such as cosmetics, medicines, books or electronics, we recommend continuing to have your parcels delivered to SmartPosti indoor parcel lockers.
We also use uDrop parcel lockers to redirect parcels when a SmartPosti parcel locker is temporarily overloaded due to high parcel volumes. For this purpose, we will use about 20 additional uDrop parcel lockers in other locations that cannot be selected in online stores. Parcels are redirected to uDrop parcel lockers only in the case of international parcels, mainly those arriving from Asia.
Using uDrop parcel lockers helps SmartPosti deliver parcels to recipients faster and more conveniently during the upcoming peak season.
