Please note that shopping centres where SmartPosti parcel lockers are located may also operate with reduced hours during the holidays. We encourage you to check this in advance and plan your parcel drop-off and pickup from lockers, as well as handovers to couriers, in good time.
Holiday Season Work Schedule:

Courier deliveries will operate as usual;
Customer service will be available from 08:00 to 18:00.
24 December
Courier deliveries will not be carried out;
Customer service will be available from 09:00 to 14:00.
25-26 December
We will be closed.
31 December
Courier deliveries will not be carried out;
Customer service will be available from 09:00 to 13:00.
01 January
We will be closed.
