During the May holidays, SmartPosti working hours will change on certain days. We recommend planning your parcel sending and collection in advance. Please also keep in mind that the opening hours of shopping centres where SmartPosti parcel lockers are located may vary during the holiday period. We suggest checking these in advance and planning the sending and pick-up of parcels from lockers, and handovers to couriers ahead of time.
Working schedule during the May holidays:
Friday, May 1, and Monday, May 4
Courier deliveries will not be carried out;
The customer service team will be closed.
Saturday, May 2
Courier deliveries will be carried out as usual;
The customer service team will be available from 10:00 to 14:00.
