During the Easter holidays, SmartPosti working hours will differ from the usual schedule on certain days. We encourage you to plan your shipments and collections in advance. Please also note that shopping centre opening hours, where SmartPosti parcel lockers are located, may vary during the holiday period. We recommend checking them in advance and planning the sending and pick-up of parcels from lockers, as well as handing shipments over to couriers.
Working schedule during the Easter holidays:
Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6
Courier deliveries will not be carried out;
The customer service team will be closed.
Saturday, April 4
Courier deliveries will be carried out as usual;
The customer service team will be available from 10:00 to 14:00.
