Guntis will assume his new role starting from Monday, August 11, with his office located in Riga, Latvia. He will join the Baltic leadership team, led by Gediminas Mickus.
Guntis Mičuļs brings extensive experience in logistics and operational management, having held senior positions at companies such as “Pasts” and “Omniva Latvia”, where he was responsible for logistics, transportation, and partner operations. His expertise in leading teams and fostering a culture of high performance will be a valuable asset to the “SmartPosti” team across the Baltics.
In his new role, Guntis has prioritized the development of an effective operational structure at the Baltic level. He will work closely with operations specialists in all three Baltic countries.
